1. Introduction
Welcome to AccEdgeLab, operating at AccEdgeLab.com. Our accounting data lab provides specialized data analysis, reporting, and advisory services for professionals. By accessing our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service. Effective as of January 1, 2025.
2. Scope of Services
AccEdgeLab offers the following categories: professional services, information products, and physical goods. Each category has distinct terms regarding engagement, cancellation, and reimbursements.
3. Professional Services
Professional services include advisory sessions, custom data analysis projects, and implementation support. Engagements commence upon confirmation of scheduling and payment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for reimbursement of the fee paid, less any administrative charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for reimbursement due to the time allocated for preparation.
Clients may request to transfer scheduled sessions to an alternative date by contacting us in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Approval of transfer requests is subject to availability.
4. Information Products
Information products include digital manuals, templates, and recorded workshops. Purchases grant a single-user license for personal use. All purchases are final and are not eligible for reimbursement, as digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be reclaimed once accessed.
5. Physical Goods
Physical goods include printed guides and office materials. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or reimbursement within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, send a detailed description and photographic evidence via our contact form. We will process the claim and ship a replacement or issue reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 working days after approval.
6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction. Our reimbursement process is as follows:
- Submit a request through our contact form with your order details and reason for the request.
- Allow up to 5 working days for review and response.
- Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
- If the original payment method cannot be used, reimbursement may be issued via bank transfer upon receipt of bank details.
- If you are unsatisfied with certain services, you may opt for a credit toward future purchases instead of a reimbursement.
Please note that reimbursement processing times depend on third-party payment providers and may vary.
7. Service Transfers
Clients who cannot attend a scheduled professional service may request a transfer to a new date. Transfer requests must be submitted through our contact form at least 24 hours before the original session. AccEdgeLab will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request based on availability.
8. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and products are non-reimbursable due to the bespoke nature of the work or the immediate delivery of digital content. These include:
- Custom data analysis projects tailored to client specifications.
- Recorded workshop access and digital templates delivered instantly.
By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these offerings are non-reimbursable.
